The service charge is dependent upon the factors described for this account. Each month an earnings credit is calculated on the account and compared to the fees accrued on the account. If the earnings credit is more than the accrued fees, no service charge is accessed. If the earnings credit is less than the accrued fees, the deficit is charged to the account. The amount of the earnings credit is determined by applying an earnings credit rate to the average collected balance maintained monthly less a deduction for the reserve requirement. Accrued fees for the month include charges for account maintenance and transaction activity. Some fees are considered "Hard Dollar Fees", which means your account is debited for the fees as you use the service.
